Mateusz Stolarczyk

Angels Team Leader Africa, Indonesia, Ukraine and CIS Countries

Mateusz holds a master’s degree in physiotherapy from the University of Physical Education in Wroclaw, Poland. Driven by the desire for deeper analysis of the anatomy and physiology of the human body, he began working as a physiotherapist for a basketball team during his studies.

His experience is further complemented by seven years in the pharmaceutical industry where he dealt with cardiology, endocrinology, diabetes medicines, as well as working in marketing and as an internal trainer/peer coach. He has also trained hundreds of physicians by supplying them with the knowledge to successfully launch new innovative treatments for their patients.

Mateusz joined the Angels team in January 2017 with the mission to improve stroke care quality in the south of Poland. After three years as an Angels consultant, he became team leader of the East Angels Team comprising Poland, Ukraine, Russia, and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

Now in a new role as regional director for South Africa, Indonesia, Ukraine and CIS, he remains committed to helping the stroke community strive for excellence, to ensuring effective delivery of the objectives, and providing leadership and role modelling for the teams of Angels consultants in his region.

Mateusz aims to combine all his knowledge, passion and experience to overcome healthcare obstacles and do whatever it takes to make the world a better place for stroke patients.
